  I travel often for work and whenever I’m in the Charlotte or Matthews area I always get my workouts in at Kaiju. Steve, BY, and all the other trainers are experts; no matter your level (novice - pro) they will ensure you have a great workout. The gym itself is state of the art, and everyone is welcoming, encouraging, and personable. Couldn’t recommend them any higher. Check them out!
