  I have visited this location a few times and the times that I actually purchased an item were pretty poor. I have been to numerous guitar stores in many different states. This one seems to always give me the worst experience. One time that comes to mind is when I used a gift card to buy a strap, some strings and a few other small things. I waited for 20 minutes or more waiting for help because the clerk didn't have access to enter a code. So we waited and the clerk mentioned that the other employees have been giving him a hard time all day.
  
  I let about 4 customer go ahead of me since we required help. The clerk just kept calling over the intercom that he needed a manager. The store was very busy. Someone could have walked out with a guitar and no one would have noticed because they had one guy on the floor with at least 15 customers.
  
  The experience left a bad taste for that location and I'd take the time to travel elsewhere to Sam Ash, Midwood guitar studio or Woody's, which is an awesome mom and pop shop a few miles from Charlotte.
