  I would go across the street and visit the other Sherwin Williams. This location has staff that is rude and non helpful. Go to 1419 Matthews mint hill. They are amazing, helpful and are great at customer service.
  
  I experienced rude customer service and lack of concern for time. The staff seemed more concerned with speaking to each other than customers.
