  I need help with finding a new link to my email address I could not get into my email so I went to the store to ask for help the person there would not help me at all but handed me a phone number that goes to some supposedly as technical support call center which all you could ever get was a voice-activated recorded message that did not really apply to my situation. The man that was helping me in there would only say that he could not help me but I had to go through this phone number to get any help at all the phone number was completely worthless since the voice activated service did not apply to what I needed
