  Wish I could give a MINUS 5 stars! What a joke these ppl are! Rude , lazy and uninformed! The lack of service at this location has me reconsidering another carrier! Unreal!
  Save yourself the aggravation and go to the sprint store on galleria blvd. I went there after my unfortunate (and waste of time) visit to the Matthews location. The staff there were polite, knowledgeable and efficient! I got what I needed done in under 15 minutes.

  I have been coming to this store for several years and had nothing but great customer service. Today I was able to upgrade my phone on lunch break in less than an hour. The sales rep Hugo was amazing. He answered all my questions quickly with no hesitation and had me on my way back to work on time. Thanks!
