  "Yesterday I had the pleasure of working with Brett signing up for Direct TV. He was professional, knowledgeable and very patient as I asked question after question. I had been looking at the different package choices and thought I had made up m mind on the one I wanted. Brett suggested going with a package with more channels and after listening to his reasoning it really made a lot of sense. I happily purchased the upgrade he recommended. I can definitely say that Brett made the whole process of purchasing Direct TV easy and simple. I had a great customer service experience and I want to be sure Brett knows how much he is appreciated.
