  First, office personnel is terrible. Will not return phone calls. Got my insurance so screwed up that I am still trying to straighten out almost a year later. They refuse to take any responsibility for the insurance foul up and refuse to try to help get it fixed. Also, Dr Phillips Thomas ordered an MRI which took weeks for the help to schedule it, and a week after the MRI, I was back in his office to go over the findings with him. He walks in the office and looking at his laptop, starts talking and says" I think the next thing we should do is schedule you for an MRI". My wife and I looked at each other in amazement at his lack of involvement with my problems. I would never go back to him and would highly discourage any one else from doing so. I would give him less than one star if it were available.
