  I called to request service a month ago. No call back for a week so I call them back and speak to someone. That person said they could help me and would be in touch to schedule an appointment. 2 weeks later after no scheduled appointment they tell me they're are too busy and can't help. Customer Service stinks, take your business elsewhere. Disrespectful

  We had a leak in our roof caused by an incorrectly installed boot around a spout. I hired Griffin to fix the problem and they re-caulked around the spout, but after repairing the damaged ceiling myself the leak re-appeared in the same place about a year later. Talking with another roofer, the repair method used by Griffin is not an acceptable roofing practice and despite contacting them twice for a response, I have heard nothing.
